FASHION APARTMENT GOLD located in Via San Donato 51/h, is made with a superior luxury style characterized by gold and marble. Inside there is also a JACUZZI whirlpool tub with chromotherapy and bloototh audio. There is also a private outdoor lounge-relax courtyard. There is also a 60-inch SMART TV with NETFLIX included and international SATELLITE channels.

Both the FASHION APARTMENT SILVER and the FASHION APARTMENT GOLD are equipped with a very spacious PRIVATE GARAGE for any type of car that requires a reservation for the SILVER, while it is always included for the GOLD. The two apartments are adjacent to each other at 50 meters.

All FASHION APARTMENTS have air conditioning, double bedroom with KING-SIZE bed, smart LED TV with NETFLIX included in front of the double bed, living area with multicolor LED atmosphere, Relax area with EVENTS noticeboard and partnerships with the best Clubs in the area, kitchen equipped with oven and microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots and coffee machine. Possibility of 2 more beds in the living room. Both have 1 modern bathroom with shower (in the GOLD the shower is very spacious 80 cm x 160 cm, while in the SILVER the shower is 70 cm x 90 cm and is equipped with hydromassage.

In all FASHION APARTMENTS you can enjoy a typical Italian continental BUFFET breakfast every morning, with a LAVAZZA espresso machine. All apartments are equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.

In the FASHION APARTMENT SILVER there is also the possibility of parking the car in the private and fenced courtyard, with electric gate. For those who want maximum safety and comfort, however, the convenient personal covered garage is always available upon reservation, which in the GOLD is always included in the price.
